Call for Poster Abstracts – HOPA Ahead 2020

HOPA invites you to submit your research abstracts to present in the following topics at our next Annual Conference in Florida.

Completed Research

Late Breaking Research

Encore Research

Trainee Research

Please use the following dates for research submissions:

  • Call for Completed and Encore Research opens: July 15, 2019

  • Call for Completed and Encore Research closes: September 22, 2019 at 11:59 pm CST

  • Call for Late Breaking Research opens: October 14, 2019

  • Call for Late Breaking Research closes: November 10, 2019 at 11:59 pm CST

  • Call for Trainee Research opens: October 21, 2019

  • Call for Trainee Research closes: December 19, 2019 at 11:59 pm CST

  • HOPA Annual Conference (Tampa, FL): March 11–14, 2020

HOPA will use the information provided in conference materials so please ensure that author names, credentials, and titles, are written accurately. Degrees and certifications provided will only be included in published material. Selected completed research abstracts will be published in a supplement issue of the Journal of Oncology Pharmacy Practice.

Final posters for selected research abstracts are required to be submitted prior to the Annual Conference for viewing of attendees. The deadline for ePosters is set typically two weeks prior to the Annual Conference. Incomplete at the deadline, but now is able to be presented with results and conclusions.

Previously presented elsewhere, prior to it being presented at the HOPA annual meeting.

A student, resident, or fellow, must be the primary author of the abstract being submitted.
