Q: When will my BCOP Tests appear in my account?

A: Your BCOP tests should now appear under My Courses, titled “2018 Annual Conference BCOP Tests”.  Please do not forget to select the “All Courses” tab if you do not see the course listed.  If it is still not listed, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. Q: When will I have access to the Annual Conference Session Recordings?

A: We are waiting to receive the recordings from our AV Team and will upload them to view in April.

 

Q: How long do I have to take the post-tests to earn ACPE Credit?

A: You must complete post-tests and evaluations by May 24, 2018 to earn ACPE Credit.

 

Q: How long do I have to take the post-tests to earn Annual Conference BCOP Credit?

A: You must complete post-tests with a passing score of 75% or higher and complete evaluations by August 24, 2018 to earn BCOP Credit. It should be noted that all BCOP programs in My Education Library have rolling dates for expiration and this is clearly stated at the start of each program.

 

Q: Can I take the BCOP test in pieces and save my answers as I go along before submitting each test?

A: When you log in and open the “Post-Test”, you can view/complete questions, and then either navigate throughout the course or leave the My Education Library site. Your test will not auto submit.  You then can log back in and continue the Post-Test where you left off.  The Post-Test will not be submitted until you actually hit the “Submit” button.  Once you hit the “Submit” button, the test is completed and you will not be allowed to re-take the Post-Test.

 

Q: What if I accidentally open the test before I mean to and don’t have the time to take it?

A: When you log in and open the “Post-Test”, you can view/complete questions, and then either navigate throughout the course or leave the My Education Library site. Q: Since I only get once chance to take the BCOP test, how can I view or print the test questions before beginning my attempt?

A: With the new system you have the ability to leave the quiz and go back to any material you desire to review and return the quiz when you have the answer to the question. When you have answered all questions you will have to click the Submit button for grading. This was an enhancement done with the new system based on feedback received.
