Many Ways to Support HOPA

From the Industry Relations Council (IRC) corporate sponsorship, to HOPA's Annual Conference, to a la carte advertising, there are many ways to support HOPA and connect with our members.

At nearly 4,000 members strong, HOPA is 100% dedicated to supporting oncology pharmacists and optimizing patient care. We believe everyone undergoing cancer treatment should have an oncology pharmacist as an integral member of their care team. Through robust education and professional development, active advocacy, and industry support, our members are poised to make that vision a reality.

Industry Relations Council

HOPA's signature opportunity for industry support continues to be our Industry Relations Council (IRC), complete with benefits such as high visibility at conferences and events. Click here to learn more.

Industry Encore Posters

Industry supported posters and encore submissions are considered through HOPA’s education team if they meet all of the requirements, including having a member of HOPA as the author/presenter. More information on these categories can be found HOPA's website. Categories include trainee research, late-breaking research, and completed research. Please reach out to our education department education@hoparx.org for any questions regarding these categories.

In addition to these categories, HOPA also has the Industry Encore Poster category through our development team. These posters are a benefit available to participating Industry Relations Council (IRC) Partners. Industry Encore Posters are posters that have been accepted and presented at other professional meetings and/or previously published and are submitted by one of HOPA’s Industry Relations Council (IRC) Partners. Information for the Industry Encore poster category for HOPA's Annual Conference 2026 will be available in the fall. The full Industry Encore Poster Guidelines will be available in late October and distributed to our IRC contacts. IRC partners choose which posters they would like to submit for the Industry Encore Poster category. The number of allowed submissions varies depending on IRC level.
