The New Practitioner Award recognizes a member early in their career who has made a notable contribution to developing or supporting clinical hematology/oncology pharmacy services.
Amber Bradley Clemmons is clinical associate professor at Augusta University Medical Center, where she serves as primary pharmacist for the hematopoietic stem cell transplant program. She is also clinical associate professor at the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy and trains numerous students and residents each year. Her research focuses on supportive care, hematologic malignancies, adult bone marrow transplantation, and scholarship of teaching and learning.
