Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: A Toolkit

Resources Curated by Pharmacists for Pharmacists

Recognizing our role in addressing and dismantling systems of inequity, injustice, and exclusion in our healthcare systems, the DEI Task Force (2021-2022) and DEI Committee (2022-2023) developed this toolkit to provide every HOPA member the resources to increase awareness, develop, and instill DEI principles in each member’s personal and professional environment.

Today, the HOPA DEI Advisory Group manages the toolkit. We recognize each person’s journey is unique, but we hope that these resources will be invaluable in your personal and professional development.
