For 2025, HOPA will blaze a trail west to Portland, Oregon! Our 21st Annual Conference will call "The City of Roses" and the Oregon Convention Center home on April 9-12. In the shadow of Mount Hood, HOPA will reach new heights with even more networking opportunities, new learning experiences, and much more.
