All abstract submission windows are now closed. Accepted poster presenters will receive a new link to submit their final poster closer to the conference.
Trainee Top Ten
The window for already-submitted and accepted Trainee Research abstract presenters to submit for Top Ten consideration will be from Feb. 1-Feb. 17.
To see if you are eligible for Trainee Top Ten, please thoroughly review page 3 of the Submission Criteria.
To apply for Trainee Top Ten, login HERE and click on your existing Trainee Abstract submission to complete additional tasks specific to the Top Ten consideration. Notifications regarding Top Ten selections will be emailed in mid-March. Reach out to HOPA's Education Team at education@hoparx.org with any questions.

Poster Deadlines for ACCEPTED abstracts*
- Window to submit Trainee e-posters for Trainee Award consideration: February 1-17, 2025 (completed results required for consideration)
- Window to submit all other accepted poster files (non-award): March 27, 2025
- HOPA Annual Conference: April 9-12, 2025 | Portland, OR
*Deadlines apply only to authors who have already submitted an abstract during the Abstract Submission windows, and have been notified by HOPA that their abstract has been accepted.

Types of Research Posters
- Completed Research - Closed
Research that has been studied, tested, and has results and conclusions available for presentation.
- Late Breaking Research - Closed
Incomplete results at the Completed Research deadline, but is now able to be presented with results and conclusions.
- Trainee Research - Closed
A student, resident, or fellow, must be the primary and presenting author of the abstract being submitted.
Tips for Submitting Abstracts
HOPA will use the information provided in conference materials so please ensure that author names, credentials, and titles, are written accurately. Degrees and certifications provided will only be included in published material.
Selected completed research abstracts will be published in the Journal of Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy (JHOP), HOPA's official peer-reviewed forum for oncology pharmacy practice.
Final posters for selected research abstracts are required to be submitted prior to the Annual Conference for viewing of attendees. The deadline for ePosters is set typically four to six weeks prior to the Annual Conference. Should an institution have restrictions on the use of data in an online forum, please contact HOPA Education, at education@hoparx.org for further instructions.
