*Due to the recent hurricane devastation in the South, this deadline has been extended to October 14, 2024. If the submitter has been significantly impacted by the storms and feels they need more than a week extension, they can contact HOPA staff (education@hoparx.org). Requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Processes for Completed Research Posters
HOPA defines Completed Research as research that has been studied, tested, and has results and conclusions available for presentation. In order to be considered for presentation, Completed Research abstracts must have available results and conclusions at the time of submission.
Encore presentations will be accepted as Completed Research, but will not be eligible for Late Breaking, Platform Presentation or other award. HOPA defines an encore submission as one that has been previously presented or published elsewhere, prior to it being presented at the HOPA annual meeting.
Submit your Completed Research Abstract by following the guidelines for Completed Research.
Selected Completed Research abstracts will be presented as ePosters at the Annual Conference.
