Virtual Practice Management Series Q3 and Q4
Our Practice Management (PM) Committee is currently soliciting session proposals for its Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 Virtual Practice Management Series webinars - and we want to hear from you!
The Q3 and Q4 Virtual Practice Management Series sessions are tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 1 p.m. CT and Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 1 p.m. CT.

Each webinar will cover a single timely practice management topic over the course of a 60-90-minute live session. Potential topics for the Q3 and Q4 webinars include:
- Oncology Stewardship: Inpatient Restriction Criteria and Cost Containment Strategies for Cancer/Oncology Therapies
- Advancing Quality and Ensuring Medication Safety
- Other timely and relevant topic(s) in Practice Management
Your presentation proposal could help inform the committee on which topics to address in 2025.
Proposal submissions must include:
- Your profile information
- A session description
- 4 to 5 learning objectives
- Content references
- Your CV and experience
- Any relevant financial disclosures and conflicts of interest
Presenter submissions are due by Wednesday, February 12, 2025 by 11:59 p.m. CT.
Single presenters or panels are permitted. The maximum number of presenters per session should be no more than four. HOPA staff will notify applicants regarding acceptance or declination via email by the end of March.
