2023 Core Competency Program Bundle (Individual)
The HOPA Core Competency Program provides fundamental education to pharmacists who are new to oncology pharmacy.
Course Description
Please note: these courses will expire on June 26, 2026.
Topics include various treatment options, chemotherapy safety, chemotherapy admixture, pharmacology and chemotherapy toxicity, and prevention/management. Upon completion of this program, pharmacists will earn 12.5 continuing pharmacy education credit hours (provided that a combined score of 70% on all modules has been achieved).
The 2023 Core Competency Program can be purchased as a complete bundle, which costs $360 for members and $480 for non-members. Modules can also be purchased individually for $35/module for members and $45/module for non-members.

Accreditation Statement
The Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association (HOPA) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. A statement of credit will be issued only upon completion of the post-activity evaluation form and post-test.
