Amanda N Seddon, PharmD, BCPS, BCOP is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy, Downers Grove Campus, and Clinical Pharmacy specialist in hematology/oncology at Duly Health & Care, a community-based physician practice group in the Chicagoland suburbs of Illinois. Dr. Seddon earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy where she also completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency and a PGY2 adult oncology residency at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She worked as a clinical pharmacy specialist in hematology, oncology, and cellular therapy at Rush University Medical Center for 8 years and served as their program director of the PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency for 4 years.
Dr. Seddon has served on a variety of HOPA committees and Task Forces and has Chaired the BCOP Prep/Recertification Subcommittee. She has been a speaker for ACPE and BCOP sessions, served as a poster reviewer for trainees at HOPA annual conferences, and participated in HOPA Hill Day.
