HOPA Mentorship Program Pairs Early-Career and Experienced Professionals
The HOPA Mentorship Program is offered annually to promising, early-career professionals in the hematology oncology pharmacy field. The program runs nine months, with each new cohort beginning at the start of the calendar year.
As a part of this experience, HOPA pairs new hem/onc pharmacists with individual mentors. The program's mentees get the opportunity to improve their professional competencies and build leadership skills, while mentors receive the rewarding experience of helping others get their start and make their mark in the field.
